I am a passionate educational leader dedicated to creating campus environments where both teachers and students thrive. Over the past two decades, my journey in education has spanned from teaching special education and coaching to serving as an Assistant Principal and Principal across elementary, middle, and high school levels.
Throughout my career in administration, I have focused on strategic campus turnarounds, data-driven instructional leadership, and building positive, inclusive school cultures. Some of my proudest milestones include leading Palo Alto Elementary to a 'B' rating with an Academic Distinction for Top 25% Comparative Academic Growth, attaining Franklin Covey "Lighthouse" status during a challenging pandemic year, and successfully turning around an "Improvement Required" campus to a 'B' rating.
Beyond my daily campus operations, I am committed to shaping the future of the profession. I have served as a part-time Lecturer at Texas A&M University-San Antonio, preparing the next generation of educators for the classroom.
I look forward to being an integral part of the Center Point Community's future as the Elementary Campus Principal.
