About Me

Mrs. Jennifer George graduated from Floresville High School in Floresville, TX in 1994.  She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree at Southwest Texas State University in San Marcos, TX in 2000.  Mrs. George went on to further her education with a Master’s of Education Degree from Concordia University, where she graduated with a 4.0 grade point average in 2014.

Jennifer has worked in public education for over 20 years.  She taught first and second grades at Harmony Elementary in the East Central ISD, just south of San Antonio.  In 2012, Mrs. George was bestowed with quite an honor in being named the Elementary Teacher of the Year at both the campus and district levels.  With a desire to work in her hometown, she accepted a position as Instructional Coach in Floresville ISD.  She maintained that position for four years, helping teachers improve their craft for the good of all students.

Mrs. George is a lifelong learner and is regularly reading professional articles and books to further her knowledge in the educational field.  Fostering a love of learning in both teachers and children is a passion of hers, as she believes that life is a continuous learning adventure.

Jennifer is married to Danny George and has two sons, Waylon and Rhyder.  The family relocated to the Hill Country in 2016  to fulfill the dream of living in this beautiful area.  Mrs. George is excited to continue serving the Center Point ISD community as Elementary Principal.
